1. Definitions
In these Terms: 'Platform': the Atel.work website and app; 'User': any person using the Platform; 'Professional': a freelancer or company offering services; 'Client': a company or individual seeking a professional.
2. Applicability
These Terms apply to all use of the Platform. By using the Platform, the User agrees to these terms. Atel.work reserves the right to amend these terms.
3. Account and registration
Registration is required to use the Platform. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of the password.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Individuals use the Platform for free. Freelancer subscription: €5 per month. Company subscription: €10 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly automatically. Cancellation is possible immediately; the subscription ends at the end of the billing period.
5. Use of the Platform
Users may only use the Platform for legitimate purposes. Prohibited: posting misleading information, spam, infringing third-party intellectual property rights, use for unlawful activities, attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform.
6. Liability
Atel.work is an intermediary platform and is not a party to agreements between Professionals and Clients. Atel.work is not liable for the quality of services delivered, disputes between users, damage from Platform use.
7. Intellectual property
All Platform content — including texts, images, logos and software — is owned by or licensed to Atel.work. Users grant Atel.work a licence to display uploaded content on the Platform.
8. Privacy
Atel.work processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for more information: atel.work/privacy.
9. Termination
Atel.work may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or at its own discretion with 30 days' notice.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
